Erin J.

Erin J. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing, communications, and business innovation consulting. Erin is currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Creative Strategist at EJDesign Firm, a minority and women-owned consulting firm based in Golden Valley, Minnesota, where they collaborated with various organizations globally since its establishment in 2005. Erin worked as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Minnesota Council on Foundations from December 2019 to January 2022. Previously, Erin served as the Vice President of Communications and Development at Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) from January 2014 to May 2019. Erin also gained experience as a Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director at TCF Bank from January 2005 to February 2009.

Erin J. has a strong educational background with a focus on organizational development and leadership. Erin pursued their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree from Grand Canyon University from 2012 to 2020, with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
