Nick Kaihoi

Nick Kaihoi is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure operations and business analysis. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager at TPT - Twin Cities PBS since April 2021, Nick has also successfully operated as a Licensed Realtor with Real Estate Design since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles such as Solutions Architect at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and Sr. IS Business Analyst at Ramsey County, where responsibilities involved transitioning property valuation processes from paper to digital. With a background as Director of Information Technology at McNally Smith College of Music, Nick has over a decade of expertise in server and network administration, software management, and system design. Nick holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Recording Arts Technology from McNally Smith College of Music.
