Dale Goyer

Dale Goyer has held several roles in different companies throughout their career. Dale is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Twin City Foods, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Fluke Corporation, where they held various positions such as the Director of Global Fulfillment Operations, Director of Operations, Sr. Operations Manager, and Operations Manager in different divisions of the company. Before joining Fluke Corporation, they worked at Boeing as a Value Stream Lean Coach, where they led the implementation of lean manufacturing strategies. Dale also has experience at Genie Industries as a Senior Business Systems Leader and Manufacturing Engineer, and at Heath Tecna as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.

Dale Goyer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Operations Management from Western Washington University. Dale attended this institution from 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Washington, where they earned an MBA in Technology Management from 2009 to 2011.
