Katie Balfe

Katie Balfe, SHRM-SCP, has over a decade of experience in human resources, payroll, and operational accounting. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Twin Eagle, where Katie has implemented various systems to enhance productivity and efficiency. Prior to this, Katie worked at Murphy Energy in roles such as Director of Operational Accounting & Analysis and Manager of Marketing Analysis, where Katie managed field administration staff and developed reports for business unit performance. Katie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Texas Baptist University.
