Benjamin McMurtry

Benjamin McMurtry is a dedicated social studies teacher with experience at TWIN FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT 411 since August 2016. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as a student teacher at Fremont High School, where curriculum and course design were collaboratively developed to enhance student learning. Benjamin's background also includes diverse roles such as maintenance at Marriott Hotels, AFY counselor at BYUI Outdoor Learning Center, crew member at KV Incorporated, and crew member at Poulsen Construction, with responsibilities ranging from teaching and organizing youth activities to natural gas installation and building construction tasks. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in 2016.
