Katie Newman

Katie Newman has over 18 years of experience in operations management and training within the education sector. Currently serving as Multi Contract Operations Manager and Trainer Delivery Manager at Twin Group since May 2019, Katie oversees a central team of 16 trainers, managing multiple government contracts to enhance retention and achievement rates. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Rathbone Training UK, including Trainer Team Lead and Centre Based Lead Trainer, focusing on the delivery of programs for 16-18 year olds. Earlier experience includes roles as a Hospitality Apprenticeship Assessor and OLASS Education Coordinator at Protocol Skills. Katie holds education credentials from Coventry University.
