Operations Support at Twin State Technical Services

Phillip joined our OS team in October 2022. He is one of the first friendly voices clients hear when they call for support. He also monitors customer systems and handles quoting and ordering of equipment. He studied Computer Networking and Security at Indian Hills Community College in May 2018. Phillip brings four years of experience in analytical desktop support taking a proactive approach when addressing issues and challenges to improve business productivity.
