Daniel Dong

Daniel Dong has a diverse work experience. Daniel is currently the Director of Growth at Twingate since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Samsara from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Manager of Expansion Growth, Senior Growth Marketing Manager, and Growth Marketing Manager. Before Samsara, Daniel worked at Enova International from 2017 to 2019 as an Associate, Strategy & Operations, where they played a key role in product growth, strategy, analytics, and business operations. Daniel was promoted twice during their time there. Daniel also has experience outside the tech industry, having served as the Director-General at Harvard World Model United Nations from 2015 to 2016 and as the Co-Founder of Harvard College Review of Environment and Society from 2013 to 2015.

Daniel Dong completed their undergraduate education at Harvard University from 2012 to 2016, earning an A.B. degree in Visual and Environmental Studies and Economics. In 2016, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management as a Russell Fellow and obtained a Master of Science degree, although the specific field of study is not mentioned. In 2019, Daniel enrolled at the University of Chicago and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, they also acquired additional certifications, including Zero Trust Security from Udacity in October 2022 and Front End Web Developer from Udacity in April 2021.
