Oishee Mitra

Oishee Mitra is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for Biztech, ACE & International Market at Twinings since April 2024. Prior to this, Oishee held the position of Manager - Human Resource for AMEA at Kellogg Company from July 2023 to March 2024. Oishee's extensive experience includes roles such as HRIT Analytics & Operations Lead at Philips Lighting and HR Operations & Analytics Specialist at Philips, spanning various countries in Asia. Oishee began career in HR as an Assistant Manager HRBP at IAP Company Pvt. Ltd and has also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. Oishee is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds an MBA in HR & Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics Honors from Maharshi Dayanand University.
