Sarah Readhead

Sarah Readhead has experience working as an HR Business Partner at Twinings, leading the HR Shared Services team. Prior to this, Sarah worked as an HR Coordinator at the University of Southampton Students' Union and The Students' Union at UWE, gaining experience in recruitment, induction, training, and employee relations. Sarah also worked as a Research Assistant at Edgecumbe Consulting, where Sarah developed skills in data analysis, project management, and client communication. Sarah holds a CIPD Diploma Level 7 in Human Resource Management from Busec and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the West of England.
