Kaitlyn Baklarz, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kaitlyn started their career in 2010 as an Events/Production Assistant/Stagehand at Live Nation Entertainment, where they gained extensive experience in event management and production. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Events Assistant at Fragomen, where they assisted in organizing marketing events.

In the same year, Baklarz worked as a Tea Sales, Marketing, and Production Intern at Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms, where they gained exposure to tea sales and marketing. Kaitlyn then transitioned to DAVIDsTEA as an Event Marketing Specialist - New England, where they developed strategies to enhance brand awareness and drove traffic to DAVIDsTEA stores through events and brand partnerships. Kaitlyn also managed event planning, execution, and tracked performance.

Baklarz continued to expand their marketing experience at Nylabone, where they worked as a Product Marketing Coordinator. Kaitlyn Baklarz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Decision Sciences and International Business from Monmouth University, from 2010 to 2014. Kaitlyn also has additional certifications including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and Certified Tea Specialist from the World Tea Expo.
