Ron Dollard

Ron Dollard has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience. Ron started their career as a Staff Accountant at Michael Cimilluca, CPA in 1996. Ron then worked as a Financial Analyst at R.D. White & Company from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, they became the Director of Finance at LP Thebault Company, where they were responsible for financial management. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Earth Thebault as a Controller, overseeing accounting functions and leading the company's financial audits. In 2012, they became a Consultant at Actavis, Inc., before joining Twinings North America as a Controller in 2013.

Ron Dollard obtained a B.S. degree in Finance/Accounting from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they also acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators," "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits," "Mindfulness," "Logistics Foundations," "Performance-Based Hiring," "Persuading Others," and "Decision-Making Fundamentals." These certifications were obtained between 2017 and 2018.
