Ian Boyle

Ian Boyle currently serves as the Director of Contact Center Operations at TwinStar Credit Union since January 2022. Prior roles include Command Center Operations Manager, Team Manager, and Trainer at U.S. Bank from January 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities involved coordinating training programs and assessing local training needs. Ian also held the position of Safety and Recycling Manager at Kootenai County Solid Waste from May 2013 to December 2015, focusing on safety initiatives and recycling program implementation. Earlier experience includes supervising customer service operations at Sodexo from August 2007 to December 2012. Ian holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from the University of Idaho.
