Jena Miller

Jena Miller has a diverse background in technology and customer operations, with significant experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Member Board of Directors at TwinStar Credit Union since January 2018, Jena previously held key positions at D2iQ, including Director of Corporate Data Operations and Director of Worldwide Support and Customer Service, where responsibilities included leading support teams and collaborating cross-functionally. Jena's career began with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Portland, and has included roles as Customer Operations Manager at Mesosphere, Client Service Engineer at Basho Technologies, Independent App Developer for various applications, Software Developer at Amazon, and various internships. Jena has successfully solved thousands of customer tickets and developed applications for national events, showcasing strong problem-solving and technical skills throughout the career.
