Sara Spitzer

Sara Spitzer has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences. Sara is currently working as an Associate Scientist at TwinStrand Biosciences since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb from January 2023 to April 2023. Sara also has experience at TwinStrand Biosciences, where they worked as a Research Technician II in Biochemistry and Genomic Technology from August 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Sr. Research Associate at Epic Sciences from March 2021 to July 2021.

Sara's earlier experience includes working at Illumina as an Associate Scientist I in Emerging Applications from March 2019 to March 2021 and as a Research Associate II in the Sequencing Core Lab from December 2016 to March 2019. Sara Spitzer attended Troy High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Troy Tech/IB. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Western Washington University from 2011 to 2015. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. Additionally, in January 2011, Sara obtained a certification as a Rescue Scuba Diver from PADI.
