Laurence Humphrey

Laurence Humphrey is a seasoned professional in synthetic biology with extensive experience in various scientific roles. Currently serving as a Field Application Scientist and previously as a Customer and Technical Support Specialist at Twist Bioscience since March 2022, Laurence has also held significant positions at Microbiotica, Bactevo, and ReBio Technologies Limited, where expertise in research and strain development was demonstrated. Laurence's academic background includes a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Sussex and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Surrey, complemented by practical experience during a Professional Training Year at the University of Turku and a Project Administrator role at AstraZeneca.
