Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has worked in various roles since 2008. Theirfirst role was as a Support at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where they were responsible for processing shipments in a timely manner, maintaining the stockroom, and assisting the manager with annual inventory audits. In 2012, they moved to True Religion Brand Jeans as a Sales Associate, where they provided outstanding customer service, met or exceeded daily sales goals, and assisted with shipments. Finally, in 2016, they joined Twisted X as a Business Analyst and Business Analyst Intern. As a Business Analyst, Gaurav was responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating with an interdisciplinary team, assisting with EDI testing and processing EDI orders, and analyzing reports for end-users. As a Business Analyst Intern, they created a database using SQL Sever 2014, used Report Builder and Power BI by Microsoft to pull reports from the database, and assisted the Director of Sales by pulling reports from the LogOn ERP system.

Gaurav Sharma earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University between 2013 and 2016. Gaurav then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, IT Mgmt from Capella University between 2018 and 2020.
