Ling Shen has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Starting in 2006, they were a Taobao C2C Shop Owner for the Alibaba Group. In 2007, they were the Marketing & Teaching Manager for Skating Trading Co., Ltd. In 2009, they were a Project Coordinator for Nanjing Forestry University. In 2010, they were the Marketing Manager for Yidu Private Porcelain Company. In 2015, they were the Nordic Coordinator, Tour Guide & Interpreter (Business Group) for China Getway Aps, as well as the Founder of Nordlink Scandinavia. In 2018, they were a Social Commerce Consultant for Gaston Luga. In 2019, they were an International Online Marketplace Manager for Pierce AB - Petrolheads in Ecommerce. In 2020, they were an Online Marketplace Specialist for Lexington Company AB. Most recently, in 2021, they were the Head of Marketplace, Global for Twistshake of Sweden.

LING SHEN obtained a Master of Science - MS in Spatial Planning from the Blekinge Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013. In 2020 and 2021, they obtained an Auktoriserad Turistguide i Stockholm from TEC Travel Education Centre. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Urban planning (Specialization: Landscape Architecture) from Nanjing Forestry University. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in Landscape Architecture from Nanjing Forestry University from 2005 to 2009.
