Kamal Kannan T has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kamal Kannan started their career as a Technical Trainee at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where they gained knowledge in motherboard certification testing and Windows hardware compatibility testing.

Kamal Kannan then joined CONSOLIDATED CYBERNETICS CO PRIVATE LIMITED as a Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for the installation of database software and the implementation of various software solutions in hospitals, colleges, and schools. Kamal Kannan also provided post-implementation technical support to clients.

Afterward, Kamal worked at Insta Health Solutions Pvt Ltd as an Implementation Consultant, focusing on hospital information management solutions. Their responsibilities included gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and liaising with the development and testing teams for bug fixes and customer requirements.

Next, they joined Neurosynaptic Communications Private Limited as an Implementation Consultant, specializing in the implementation of smart clinics and telemedicine software solutions. Kamal Kannan managed the product implementation team, planned resources, and interacted with device vendors for the integration of medical devices with telemedicine solutions.

From 2018 to 2020, Kamal served as a Senior Consultant - Software Implementation at Practo. Here, they implemented hospital management software projects across the UAE, including project kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Kamal Kannan also communicated with key business stakeholders to identify objectives, needs, requirements, and timelines.

Currently, Kamal works as a Project Manager at Twixor, starting in 2021.

Kamal Kannan T completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree with a focus on Computer Programming and Specific Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2012. Additionally, Kamal studied Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Government Polytechnic College in Coimbatore, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2002 to 2005.
