Princy Rajan

Princy Rajan serves as the HR & Training Manager at TWMA since September 2016, overseeing the HR function for the UAE Business Unit and acting as an HR Business Partner and Strategic Planner. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior HR in Talent Management and Employee Relations at SQUARE General Contracting Company and HR Coordinator in Corporate In-house Recruitment at Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University and ongoing CIPD qualifications, along with certifications as an API Q2 Internal Auditor and ISO Internal Auditor. Princy is currently pursuing a Charter Member Level 7 in Human Resources Management.
