Sarah Matousek

Sarah Matousek has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Sarah is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Together & Company, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Sarah was the Director of People Operations at The Shipyard from October 2019 to August 2022. Sarah also worked as the HR Director at HOMAGE from March 2018 to September 2019 and at Omnicom Health Group from January 2016 to March 2018. Sarah's earlier experiences include roles as the Associate HR Director and HR Business Partner at Harrison and Star in 2015, as well as HR Generalist and HR Specialist at The Ohio State University from 2010 to 2014. Sarah started their career as an HR Coordinator and Staffing Intern at Emerson Network Power from 2007 to 2010. Sarah's work experience showcases their expertise in employee relations, staffing, benefits, policy, compensation, and performance management. Sarah has also demonstrated their ability to serve as a strategic partner to managers and support larger HR initiatives.

Sarah Matousek completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in the years 2004-2008. Sarah then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution, completing it in the years 2011-2013. In May 2013, Sarah also obtained certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute.
