Carissa Toyama

Carissa Toyama currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at Two Chairs since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carissa held several positions at Forward from October 2016 to February 2023, including People Team Lead, Operations Manager, and Registered Nurse. Carissa's earlier experience includes working as an ICU Registered Nurse and Chair of the QI Special Project Committee at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System from June 2014 to 2016, as well as serving in the ICU VALOR program. Carissa's educational background includes studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and Samuel Merritt University.
