Alecia also worked as a Managing Director at Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc., a Human Resources Professional at Pine River Capital Management, and VP of Programming at Twin Cities Human Resources Association. Earlier in their career, they were a Human Resource Manager at Presbyterian Homes & Services and a Staffing Manager at Landmark Staffing.

Alecia H. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at Arizona State University. Alecia is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Northwestern California University School of Law, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
