James Osborne

James Osborne MBA has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Head of IT at Two Rivers Housing since July 2005, overseeing IT activities, teams, and responsibilities related to Cyber Security and Data Protection. Previous roles include IT Manager at Intertek for the EMEA region and IT Manager for Infrastructure at Marsh, where progression included management of the Captive Insurance Management function in Bermuda. Earlier in the career, James held various positions at AT&T Istel, advancing from graduate trainee to team leader while also providing systems management in the Technical Support Group. James holds an MBA in Business e-Business from Aston University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
