Michael Mason is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant and bar management. Currently serving as the Area Director of Restaurants, Bars + Events at both Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Two Roads Hospitality since December 2014 and February 2018 respectively, Michael also holds the position of Director of Restaurants and Bars at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Denihan Hospitality Group and General Manager at both David Burke's Primehouse and Victor Hotel. Michael's career in hospitality began after a completed Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1998.
