Michael Stephens

Michael Stephens is an experienced hotel management professional with a diverse background in leading high-profile properties. Currently serving as General Manager at The Elser Hotel in Miami, Michael oversaw pre-opening operations for a large 646-unit hotel. Previous roles include Area Managing Director for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Michael managed the opening of two new luxury resorts in Oceanside, California, and Managing Director at various notable hotels including Paradise Point Resort & Spa and Grand Hyatt São Paulo. Michael's extensive experience in luxury hospitality began with the opening of the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, and continued with significant renovations at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade Community College.
