Mike Shutts

Mike Shutts is a seasoned hospitality professional with 30 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering, Security & Sustainability at CoralTree Hospitality since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Two Roads Hospitality, including Vice President of Corporate Engineering, where responsibilities included leading engineering collaboration efforts, asset management planning, and sustainability programming. Mike's extensive mechanical expertise was cultivated at the Inverness Hotel & Golf Club, where Mike began as part of the pre-opening team in 1989, eventually rising to become Director of Engineering.
