Rebecca Brandenburg

Rebecca Brandenburg has extensive experience in quality management and procurement. Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Quality & Procurement at Two Robbers Hard Seltzer, where they are responsible for ensuring the quality of finished products and managing multiple plants. Rebecca'srole also involves standardization across plants, development of new products, and overseeing the internal corporate laboratory, which includes micro testing, PCR testing, beverage chemistry, and compliance.

Prior to their current position, Rebecca worked as the Director of Quality at The Lion Brewery from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring food safety and quality throughout the organization. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included managing the SPC data collection system, change management, sanitation, yeast management, microbiological and analytical laboratories. Rebecca held certifications as an SQF practitioner, PCQI, and HACCP trained.

Before joining The Lion Brewery, Rebecca was the Director of Quality at Noble Biomaterials, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. In this position, they oversaw quality department operations, including three laboratories, the ISO 9001:2008 Quality system, and the SPC data collection system. Rebecca also played a key role in the certification process for new fabric designs.

Rebecca's work experience also includes roles at Mission Foods from 2005 to 2008, where they served as the Total Quality Manager, and at Fabri-Kal from 1999 to 2005, where they worked as a Quality Engineer.

Rebecca Brandenburg completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Genetics at Penn State University from 1990 to 1994.
