Ryan Mancinelli

Ryan Mancinelli, EdD, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Two Sigma since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at the University of California San Diego, where Mancinelli taught in the Jacobs School of Engineering’s Global TIES program, and a decade at IBM in various senior HR leadership positions, including Director of Global HR Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO. Mancinelli's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
