Anees Merzi

Anees Merzi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anees started their career as an Army Officer in the US Army in 2011, where they served as a Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams and creating strategic-level GIS apps. Anees also worked as a Product Owner, creating internal automation tools, and as an IT Project Manager, coaching software developers to deliver web application tools. In 2020, Anees joined CrowdStrike as a Technical Program Manager intern. Currently, they are working at Primer.ai as a Staff Product Manager and has previously held the role of Sr. Product Manager, Technical. In 2023, Anees will be joining Two Six Technologies as a Product Director.

Anees Merzi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arabic with a Computer Science focus from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Anees also has a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Prior to their higher education, Anees obtained a High School Diploma from St. Augustine High School. Anees has additional certifications in CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) obtained in November 2015 and March 2015, respectively.
