Chris Hathhorn

Lead Research Scientist (formal Methods) at Two Six Technologies

Chris Hathhorn has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris currently serves as a Lead Research Scientist (Formal Methods) at Two Six Technologies since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Staff Scientist (Cybersecurity) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from January 2020 to November 2021. Chris also has experience as a Software Engineer at Runtime Verification from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri from 2011 to 2017, and as a Research Intern at NASA Langley Research Center in 2015. Chris's earlier experience includes roles as a QA Engineer at Riverbed Technology from 2007 to 2009 and as a Software Engineer Intern at Motorola in 2006.

Chris Hathhorn received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Chris then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completing their studies in 2017.
