Elaine Alayon

Elaine Alayon has extensive experience in proposal operations and management. Elaine most recently worked as the Director of Proposal Operations at Two Six Technologies, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Proposal Management at Conduent, overseeing geographically dispersed teams and implementing best practices to streamline processes. From 2019 to 2021, Elaine was the Associate Director of Bid Management at Cognizant, leading the pursuit management process for large deals and sharing best practices globally. Before that, they held the role of Director of Business Development Strategy & Positioning at SNC-Lavalin, where they directed win strategy development and introduced best practices in capture management. Elaine also has a long history with Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as a Senior Analyst in strategy and business development for almost two decades, contributing to the expansion of the company's Federal healthcare and systems delivery footprint.

Elaine Alayon graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics. Elaine also holds additional certifications such as the APMP Foundations Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, obtained in October 2020, and the Corporate Storytelling Master Coach certification from Articulus, LLC, obtained in April 2019.
