John Hungerford

John Hungerford has a diverse work experience. John currently works at Two Six Technologies as a Lead Software Engineer since September 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Software Engineer from January 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Two Six Labs from September 2019 to January 2020. Prior to transitioning into the software industry, John served as the Director of Faculty Development at The Jack Miller Center from January 2018 to August 2019, and as a Faculty Development Associate from May 2017 to December 2017. John began their professional career as a Doctoral Student at Boston College from September 2011 to June 2018. Before pursuing their doctorate, they worked as a Conceptual Physics Teacher at Woodberry Forest School from August 2008 to May 2010, and as an Assistant de Langue Étrangère at Education Nationale from August 2007 to April 2008.

John Hungerford holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a focus on Political Theory and American Politics, which they earned from Boston College in the years 2011-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from St. John's College from 2009 to 2011. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Kenyon College, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Physics from 2003 to 2007.
