Sadie O.

Sadie O. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sadie is currently working at Two Six Technologies as the Deputy Director of Data Science, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Sadie worked as a Program Manager at the same company from September 2021 to September 2022, and as a Senior Assessments Lead from July 2020 to September 2021.

Before their time at Two Six Technologies, Sadie was an Adjunct Instructor at the University of West Florida starting in July 2019. Sadie also founded their own company, reConnect HR, in January 2018, where they served as a Founder until April 2023.

Sadie's earlier experience includes working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area from October to November 2019, and as a People Analyst at Syniverse from May to December 2018.

Sadie also worked at Auburn University as an Instructor from August 2016 to August 2017, and as a Women's Initiatives Research Assistant from August 2015 to August 2016. Lastly, Sadie was a Research Assistant for the Florida Department of Education Grant at the University of West Florida from January 2014 to July 2015.
