Miikka Heinäsmäki has a strong background in business architecture and IT development. Miikka has held various positions throughout their career, starting in 1989 as a Senior Analyst at KT-Tietokeskus, where they specialized in public sector case management solutions. Miikka then joined Capgemini in 1995 as a Delivery Manager, responsible for recruiting and leading delivery projects in the newly established e-business consulting unit. In 2000, they moved to TeliaSonera as a Director, overseeing the information technology of the company's digital channel solutions. Miikka played a key role in renewing the content management and publishing system for one of Finland's largest websites. In 2006, they joined BearingPoint as a Business Advisor before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2009 as a Senior Manager. In 2010, they joined Fonecta as the Director of IT Development, where they implemented a new CRM system and transformed the innovation and project portfolio processes to be more agile and lean. Miikka also worked at Capgemini as the Head of Salesforce Consulting from 2013 to 2015 before co-founding Schnell Consulting Oy in 2014. Currently, they are working at Biit and twoday Finland as a Business Architect.
Miikka Heinäsmäki began their education at Töölön yhteiskoulu from 1981 to 1984. Miikka then pursued higher education at the University of Helsinki from 1984 to 1993, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, and Economics.
