Ville Puolitaival

Ville Puolitaival has work experience as a Software Designer at twoday Finland since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Designer at Visma Finland from May 2021 to October 2022. Ville also served as a Signal Corps - Administrative Clerk at Puolustusvoimat - Försvarsmakten - Finnish Defence Forces from January 2019 to June 2019. Additionally, Ville worked as a Stagehand / Lightning Technician from 2017 to 2019 and as a Videographer from 2015 to 2019, where they created promotional videos and event compilations, including aerial videography for the Yle documentary Tasemummot and adverts for the Tohmajärvi European Championship Enduro.

Ville Puolitaival pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their upper secondary education at Tohmajärven Lukio from 2015 to 2018. Ville successfully completed their matriculation examination during this period.

Building on their passion for software engineering, Ville Puolitaival then enrolled at LUT University in 2019 to pursue a Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in Software Engineering, which they successfully obtained in 2022.

Continuing their educational journey, Ville Puolitaival further expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Software Engineering and Digital Transformation at LUT University from 2022 to 2024.

Furthermore, Ville Puolitaival sought to enhance their professional credentials by obtaining an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021.
