Marie Louise Gadensgaard Sindberg

Marie Louise Gadensgaard Sindberg is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at twoday IT Minds since April 2021, where also holds the title of HR Konsulent. Previous experience includes roles as an IT-rekrutteringskonsulent at Mjølner Informatics and mind A/S, focusing on performance-based recruitment for technical profiles, and managing recruitment for freelance IT consultants. Earlier positions featured a communications assistant role at Mjølner Informatics, handling internal and external communications tasks, and a study assistant position at Aarhus University’s International Center. Marie Louise holds a Master's degree in International Marketing Communication and PR from Aarhus University and has also studied at California State University, Long Beach, as well as at Frederikshavn Gymnasium.
