Allison Singh has a diverse background in corporate law, intellectual property, and international distribution. Allison has worked as Senior Counsel at Perfumania Holdings, Inc. and Quality King Distributors, as well as in various associate and contract roles focusing on IP due diligence, trademark clearance, and design patent work. Allison is currently Of Counsel at Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo LLP, where Allison handles a broad range of corporate matters including M&A and licensing. Allison holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
