Monica Joo

Monica Joo is an experienced professional in the fashion industry with a focus on fabric development and research. Currently serving as the Director of R&D Fabric at TWP since May 2024, Monica’s previous roles include Senior Manager of Raw Material Development at KHAITE and Senior Manager for Fabric and Trim Development and Production at Proenza Schouler. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Marc Jacobs, The Donna Karan Company, LLC., and alice + olivia, where Monica has honed expertise in fabric development, production, and procurement. Monica Joo holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Skidmore College, graduated in 2011.
