John Zhao

John Zhao has a strong work background in engineering, project management, and industrialization. john started their career at Flextronics as an NPI Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as RFQ, DFX, pilot line setup, equipment setup, and quality control. john then moved on to Dell, where they worked as an Operation Engineering Manager, focusing on launching new projects and ensuring design, manufacturing, price, and quality standards. After that, they joined Schneider Electric as an Industrialization Manager, leading the team in launching new products and improving production systems. Prior to their current role as Director of Engineering at TWS 明美集团, John worked at 西门子 as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing new projects and managing quality, cost, and schedule. Overall, John has demonstrated expertise in engineering, project management, and improving production systems throughout their career.

John Zhao has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Shanghai Ocean University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in 工学 (Engineering) with a focus on 计算机科学 (Computer Science). john also attended Sichuan University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in 工学 (Engineering) with a focus on 电子信息工程 (Electronic Information Engineering). In terms of additional certifications, they hold a PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
