Jacquie Boyd

Jacquie Boyd currently serves as the Deputy Operations Manager at Twycross Zoo since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in guest services. Prior to this role, Jacquie worked as a Lecturer in Hospitality, Food & Beverage at University College Birmingham from January 2003 to July 2021. Jacquie holds a Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism from University College Birmingham, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and also completed a C & G 705 706/1/2 in Catering and Hospitality at City College Norwich from 1984 to 1987.
