Jitin Alex

Jitin Alex, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at TX Health Benefits Pool since June 2021, with preceding roles including Human Resources Generalist I and Human Resources Coordinator. At TX Health Benefits Pool, Jitin plays a key role in supporting the Director of Human Resources with various HR practices, policies, and administrative functions. Prior to this, Jitin held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at The Painfree Physio & Sports Rehab, and worked as an SAP HCM Functional Analyst I at Cokonet Technologies, among other roles in HR and related fields. Jitin's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Kerala and a Bachelor of Commerce in Tax Law/Taxation. Additional qualifications include SAP MM training from Cokonet Technologies.
