Crystal Montufar

Crystal Montufar has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. Crystal began their career in 2007 as an Energy Service Specialist at San Diego Gas & Electric. In 2013, they moved to GoFanbase as a Social Media Coordinator and Client Services Manager. In 2017, they joined Friendemic as the Director of Operations, Content & Response. In 2018, they were Managing Editor at Course Magazine. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Fusion Risk Management as an Associate Project Manager, Engagement Manager, and Senior Engagement Manager. Currently, they are a Delivery Lead and Senior Delivery Lead at TXI.

Crystal Montufar obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from National University between 2014 and 2015. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Diego Mesa College in 2013. Additionally, Crystal has obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn and Scrum.org, including Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team and Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards from LinkedIn in 2018, as well as PSM I and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org and Scrum: Advanced and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in 2018.
