Mario Cervantes is the Director of Customer Experience at PNM Resources, where Mario is responsible for the development and execution of the Customer Experience strategy. Prior to this, Mario served as the eBranch Manager at New Mexico Educators FCU, overseeing various customer service operations. With previous experience as Operations Manager at Wells Fargo and Customer Service Call Center Manager at GE Capital, Mario brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and management. Mario holds a Master of Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and has completed an Energy Executive Course from the University of Idaho.
