Nidia Leija

Nidia Leija is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Transmission Contracts Administrator at PNM Resources since April 2019, Nidia Leija is responsible for negotiating positions related to PNM's bulk transmission system, while ensuring legal, rate, and financial considerations are addressed. Prior to this role, Nidia Leija worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as an Economist from January 2007 to March 2019, leading teams to ensure timely filings and coordination between engineering and legal staff.
