Richard Garcia

Richard Garcia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in information technology. With over two decades of experience at PNM Resources, Richard has held various titles such as Associate Director of infrastructure, Architecture, and Operations, IT infrastructure Operations & Architecture Manager, and Sr. Network Administrator. Richard also has experience as a Manager Wintel Systems at SAIC. Richard holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor's degree in Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and completed their education at The University of New Mexico.
