Pawel Tobolewski

Pawel Tobolewski, MBA, currently serves as the Asset Recovery & Services Sales Manager at TXO, an international provider of telecom network hardware and asset management services, since September 2023. Prior to this, Pawel was the Sales Director at Shields, where efforts were focused on leading OEM MarketPlace Software sales to enhance cost-efficiency and sustainability for network operators. As a Sustainability Manager at Nokia from 2016 to 2023, Pawel successfully increased revenue from the Remanufacturing Portfolio from 1M€ to 16M€ in three years. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where Pawel contributed notably to business development and project management, and at Lucent Technologies, where contributions to remanufacturing operations and quality assurance were made. Pawel's academic credentials include an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Professional Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
