Joshua Bonhotal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human performance and sports coaching. Currently serving as the Head of Human Performance Investing & Evolution Strategy Lead and Venture Partner at TXV since November 2021, Joshua previously held roles as Vice President of Performance and founding team member at Future, where responsibilities included talent coaching and strategic performance direction. Joshua's notable past includes serving as the Director of Men's Basketball Sports Performance at Purdue University, achieving a remarkable 99.8% player availability rate and coaching multiple players to NBA success. Experience also encompasses positions with the Chicago Bulls, contributing to a historic NBA season and coaching future MVP Derrick Rose. Joshua holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's in Strength and Conditioning from Edith Cowan University.
