Asha Parulkar

Asha Parulkar has worked in the telecom industry since 2005. Asha began their career at Reliance Communications as an Engineer, where they were responsible for GSM/CDMA network planning and engineering, as well as solution designing of new features like MNP and MCA. In 2007, Asha joined Infosys as a Software Engineer, where they worked on MPLS Service delivery for client British Telecom. Later in 2007, Asha joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Support Engineer in the 24/7 Global Implementation team, where they managed projects and provided technical support. In 2011, Asha moved to Oracle as a Senior Support Engineer in the 24/7 Advance Customer Support Global team, where they provided premium technical support and managed projects after go live. In 2014, Asha joined Allot Communications as a TAC Support Engineer, and in 2020, they joined Tyk as a Senior Support Engineer.

Asha Parulkar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Army Institute of Technology Pune between 2000 and 2004. In July 2021, they were awarded the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, in July 2020, they were certified as a Certified OpenStack Administrator from the OpenStack Foundation.
