Fiorella Siesto

Fiorella Siesto has extensive work experience in design and product development. Fiorella is currently working as a UX Designer at Tyk since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Development Leader at oceansix from 2021 to 2023, focusing on new product development and innovation. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Development professional at CABKA from 2019 to 2020, specializing in innovation with recycled plastic. Fiorella also worked as a Design Leader at Lumicentro Internacional from 2012 to 2016, leading new product development, packaging redesign, and brand image efforts. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Erum dynamic solution and Procter & Gamble, where they gained experience in design, research and development, and project management. Fiorella started their career with internships at Tapicería Style CAPUY and IMAGO arreda, working on furniture and interior design projects.

Fiorella Siesto completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Licenciate from Universidad de los Andes (VE) between 2002 and 2007. Later, in 2018 and 2019, they pursued an MBA of E-commerce and marketing 2.0 from EFEM Escuela de Formacion Empresarial, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and E-commerce.
